Our products are presented in three stage:

1) Solutions and required products are determined according to technical information, CAD files, or drawing details on PDF sent over the Internet. The installation system is decided according to the wall substructure and insulation information to be applied. The price offer is prepared for determined products or projects. With the acceptance of price offer by the customer, the manufacturing projects in the specified dimensions are drawn and submitted to the customer's approval. After our customers’ approval, the products enter the process of manufacturing. In order to ensure the delivery of the product on time, the Perfopan team devotedly prepares the production for the delivery process from the beginning to the end of the project.
2) For the spaces where there is no acoustic calculation project, a price offer is prepared for the project by adhering to the architectural style. After the budget approval, the models that will provide the best acoustic performance considering the volume dimensions of the place are determined by our company with economic solutions and presented to our customers. Shop-Drawing (design study explaining how to do the project) drawings are made by our technical office and shared with the customer for manufacturing approval. Production starts with the approval of the customer. The delivery process is organized to replace the finished products, and the products are sent as packaged. Basing on the type of agreement made with the customer, our experienced installation teams welcome the products, professionally and studiously set them up, and deliver the project.
3) The materials supplied by our customers are delivered by cutting, hole, slot, and various acoustic processes.

Manufacturing Process

Projects submitted with drawings on CAD and PDF are carefully evaluated by the relevant personnel of our company and made suitable for manufacturing. We produce quick solutions in line with your demands for your projects shared with us via the internet within the country or from abroad. The panels in the standard size and model recommended by our company contribute to the solution of the process quickly and faultlessly. You could make use of our standard panel sizes specified in our catalogs. For your requests other than standard sizes, your panel needs are designed most appropriately for your project and included in the production phase.
