FLAT PANELS

Significantly, the panel dimensions are designed by experienced engineers for correct installation on walls and ceilings.
Our flat panel products are produced in high-quality thanks to our nearly 90 years of carpentry experience and our familiarity with the wood culture. In the panels, we successfully implement pattern follow-up, coating cutting techniques, color integrity, and tone preferences in line with the demands of our customers. Aesthetic surfaces are created using cutting techniques at different angles in natural and industrial coatings.
Flat-surfaced panels can be produced with economical MDF (melamine) surfaces, as well as by applying lacquer painting and laminate coating on raw MDF.

FIRE SECURITY

One of the most important necessities in crowded places is to make the building fire-resistant and to ensure that people are evacuated safely in case of fire. Our research shows that; failure to use fire-resistant materials that could provide the evacuation process in the panic environment that occurs at the time of fire may cause unintended consequences. At the material selection stage of the projects, designers can directly interfere with fire control by paying attention to the burning behavior of the materials. Our company specializes in fire-resistant inner core materials. It offers fire-resistant products to our customers based on international certification and test results in fire-resistant products.

DIGITAL TRANSFER PRINTING TECHNIQUE

We can transfer digitally printed graphics or pictures on the coated, lacquered surfaces of the panels. Customer can choose his own graphics and pictures and give us for transfer printing. If a large painting is desired, transfer printing can be placed on one panel or on several panels. In the picture below, the picture given by the customer is applied as a digital transfer print on a wood veneer panel.

Panels used in places with high humidity, especially indoor swimming pools, can be easily deformed. In such spaces, we prefer defect-free wall and ceiling coverings with our fiber plaster core panels

COLORING IN WOODEN COATINGS

In polished wood coatings, we can color the wood surface in different tones before applying polish.
