MDF - Medium Density Fiberboards

The main material used in our products is MDF boards. MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is obtained from various trees and fibers of raw materials. The physical structure of MDF is homogeneous. Fiber density at all points is equal to each other. This helps the board to be more durable and easily processed.
Perfopan uses MDF panels that comply with E1 standards, that are suitable for human health, and that have an anti-carcinogenic structure. Our company keeps normal, moisture-resistant and fire-resistant plate panels in various thicknesses in its stocks.
Our company can also use FSC certified plates in lines with the demands of our customers.

Colored MDF Plates

A different image can be obtained with colored MDF boards and panels with acoustic perforations. A more aesthetic appearance can be achieved by giving a contrast appearance to our channeled model acoustic panels, especially with black MDFs.
You can choose our panels of different colors in your projects, and you can use them without coating or painting, thanks to the colored surface structure compared to standard MDF panels. Besides our colored panels are resistant to high humidity, they are among ecological products with their structure that does not contain harmful substances in terms of environment and human health.
